  • Provides MyFamily Chronicles Ancestry.com account access to relevant data-sharing, ancestry research permissions including access to MyCanvas for purposes of creation of ancestry book.

  • Use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable laws.

  • Not misuse or disrupt our services or access to our databases, including attempting unauthorized access to systems or interfering with the normal operation of our website or other platforms.

 

4. Ownership of Content

  • Your Content: By submitting data, documents, or other materials (including personal genealogical data to MyFamily Chronicles, you retain ownership of the information you provide. However, by submitting this content, you grant MyFamily Chronicles a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, store, display, and analyze this data for the purpose of delivering our services to you.

  • Our Content: All content and materials provided by MyFamily Chronicles, including but not limited to databases, research results, reports, software, and website content (collectively, “Our Content”), are the property of MyFamily Chronicles or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Our Content without explicit permission from MyFamily Chronicles.
